Organic Spaghetti

Organic spaghetti made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina of high quality and with a high content in protein. With 0% cholesterol and no trans fats.

In Italy, Spaghetti is normally cooked ‘al dente’, which means ‘to the tooth’ in Italian. The best way to cook pasta: well done but still firm. Outside of Italy, Spaghetti is often cooked longer and served much softer. You can try it both ways and see which you like better.
